The Core Four is The Body Shop’s small group training series. Every client is coached, every lift has a purpose. We focus on the fundamentals of strength training—push, pull, squat—keeping it simple, structured, and repeatable. As recomposition specialists, everything we do is built around progressive overload so you can actually see and feel results. This is not random. This is intentional.

Train in an intimate setting (max 4 clients) with hands-on coaching and intentional programming—no getting lost in the crowd.
