A lifelong natural athlete, he’s built his philosophy around mastering the fundamentals—proven, time-tested lifts that deliver real results. In a world full of fads and confusion, Shawn stays grounded in the basics, showing clients that strength training doesn’t have to be complicated. As a lifelong learner, he’s committed to cutting through the noise and helping others train with purpose, consistency, and simplicity.

Renee is a seasoned trainer with over a decade of experience and a proven track record of competing at a high level, earning her WBFF Pro Card. At 55, she embodies the philosophy that age is just a number and leads by example every day. Renee specializes in helping women 40+ build strength, confidence, and long-term health through intentional, progressive training. Whether you’re new to lifting or getting back into it, she’s committed to showing that it’s never too late to start—and to thrive.

Marina got her start in CrossFit and brings that same grit and work ethic into everything she does. As a mom of four, she understands firsthand the demands of balancing family, work, and personal health. Marina is passionate about helping women 30+ rebuild strength, regain confidence, and take back control of their fitness after having kids. She shows her clients that you don’t have to give up on your goals—you just need the right structure, support, and consistency to get there.

TrainerVanessa works with young women at the start of their strength journey, using training as a tool to build independence, confidence, and personal growth—both physically and mentally. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping her clients develop a strong foundation that carries beyond the gym. Vanessa is dedicated to guiding young girls who are ready to step into their strength and create lasting change in their lives.

TrainerJonathan has been around the weight room since he was a young boy, with bodybuilding playing a central role in his life—largely inspired by his mom. That early foundation shaped his passion for strength and discipline. Today, he’s committed to passing that same mindset on to the next generation, helping young men understand the value of lifting, and the importance of building a strong, grounded foundation in both health and life.

She’s dedicated to helping women become stronger, more confident, and take ownership of their training. With a focus on overall strength and a specialization in glute development, Tiffany offers both 1:1 private training and small group sessions designed to deliver real, targeted results
