Our Team — Boston

Eli

Eli Sardina, co-owner of The Body Shop, is dedicated to helping women reclaim their bodies through strength and intentional training. A firm believer in body recomposition, Eli teaches how building muscle and prioritizing health can transform both how you look and how you live. As she trains for her own “Final 40,” she’s passionate about guiding others to take control of their next chapter with purpose. Eli believes we only get one body—and it needs to carry us through life—so strength isn’t optional, it’s essential. With a lifetime under the bar, the weight room gave her a voice, discipline, and lessons she now passes on to every client she works with.
