FUELUP Summer Strength Series — Theresa

This 6-week Strength & Wellness Program is designed specifically for college students home for the summer who want to build confidence, improve energy, and create sustainable habits that carry back to school. Led by RN and strength coach Theresa, the program combines beginner-friendly strength training with simple, real-life nutrition guidance and mindset support. Each week includes coached workouts, education on fueling your body without dieting, and conversations around body image, stress, and consistency. This is not a bootcamp—it’s a supportive environment focused on helping students feel stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.
